The Society applied for two Pennsylvania Historical Markers for John M. Phillips and Harriet Duff Phillips. These are the applications. One application for John M. Phillips was approved on March 19, 2007. The application for Harriet Duff Phillips was not for the reason that she did not have a statewide impact. We will revise the application next time.
