The Klein Place, was also known as the Semmelrock Plan of Lots. This advertisement is undated but had to be after Carrick became a borough in 1904 and before Pittsburgh regained the "h."

Klein Place started at Brownsville Road and East Woodford Avenue, continued almost to present day Parkfield Avenue to a street called Klein Way. Park Motors is the corner of this property on Brownsville Road.
