Image shows Maytide Steet with Valera Street in background. Maytide Street was called Maine Street before Overbrook Borough, formerly Fairhaven, and Carrick Borough became part of the City of Pittsburgh. Note: the area shown always has potholes and bad pavement. Now we know why - no sub base to drain water away.
Maytide Street at Windfall Way. It appears that there was a house at the corner of Brownsville Road and Maytide Street.
